This package includes Time In A Box software, a choice of PC or electronic time clock with magnetic strip or barcode reader, cable, and 50 badges. Networking options include cable or telecommunications connections.

Paychex Time In A Box was designed to be flexible and simple to use, with multiple sets of payroll rules and other convenient features:
- Flexible payroll rounding rules and grace periods, as well as weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and custom pay periods.
- Export compatibility with our Preview® payroll software.
- Advanced scheduling by supervisor, employees, department or job. You can schedule employees months ahead of time and see your employee count and hours as you schedule.
- Employee messaging at the time clock.
