Our Online Reports service makes it easy to manage your payroll from anywhere with a PC or Mac® and Internet connection. By accessing your payroll reports online, you'll reduce your delivery costs and eliminate the storage issues caused by traditional paper reports.
Simply log into our secure website to access all of the standard reports offered through your Paychex payroll, and more, including:
- Point-in-time employee earnings records, available only to online reports clients.
- Quarterly and annual federal and state tax returns.
- Employer W-3s, replacement employee W-2s, and independent contractor 1099s.
- Elimination of delivery charges when all employees use direct deposit.
- Up to two years of payroll history available.
Available quarterly as a printed report, or online, 24/7, with customizable date ranges, the Employee Earnings Record is our most comprehensive management report. Use it to save time and reduce manual calculations with:
- One employee per page and a record of every payroll for that employee.
- Entire year wages and activity on one page.
